Review from notes. On tap at the Brain. Sampled June 26. Served cold into a 12oz tulip.
Appearance - Super hazy and turbid, yellowy white brew with a finger of quick receding head.
Smell - Tropical notes with some mango and pineapple and some dankness. Subdued nose.
Taste - Mango with a touch of strawberry and other mixed berries. Melon muddled in too an appears mid mouthful. A bit sharp and boozy.
Mouthfeel - Smooth ad full bodied with low carbonation. A bit of zestiness with the high ABV and some prickliness on the end of the tongue.
Overall - Solid DIPA, but the flavor combo doesn't quite work as well as I though it would.
