A style we have wanted to brew for a long time is finally here, and we could not be more excited. Our New Zealand Pilsner is built on quality pilsner malt and hopped generously with Riwaka. It pours straw yellow with a light haze and soft white bubbles. The aroma is pure Riwaka. A crisp, clean mouthfeel brings floral and spicy citrus flavour, with a touch of biscuit and a clean, present bitterness. Dry, crisp, and refreshing. We cannot wait for you to try it!
