Took the UTA to this neighborhood with a cluster of breweries. First stop. Smallish place, looks great from the outside. Inside it looks like they're still figuring it out. Decent sized bar. Flights of 3 available. Pour options abound; CO², Nitro , cask and LUKR. 8 beer taps plus some stronger cans. Great service, food is available. Beer flight comes with pretzels!

Visited with my daughter and daughter in law in March, 2024.
Nearly full house on a Saturday evening means something good is going on.
So, let’s get the bad out the way right away,., the food is mid,. fried green tomatoes were mushy and greasy. Chicken strips in BBQ sauce kinda yuck. Classy server eliminated both orders from the tab with a smile.
Great service on the floor and at the bar. Full pours. Quick refills.
The place feels like being right in the middle of the brewing action. Modern shiny tanks, wood barrels full of Imperial Porter, and the casks,., oh yeah!
Great selection of beer styles, on tap, in cans, packed to go too. Their Hazy DIPA is great, but the Star of the show is their cask ale served 3 ways: straight, nitro, and CO2. Same beer, three distinct experiences.
Lucky me got a can of freshly packed Imperial Porter from the cooler that I brought home to France for a special share with my wife.
Overall, grab a couple of tacos from someplace nearby, sit in and enjoy some great beers in a real beer lover’s environment.

Came here while waiting for family to come in from the airport (about 13 min away from SLC International)
Coolers right as you walk in filled with to go cans, both high point abv and regular 5% brews.
They serve their 3 flagship beers 3 different ways. Cask, CO2 and Nitro, and offer flights of them served each way.
Several other kinds of brews served, I'd say 15 + in house beers
Bar staff were excellent and fun to chat with
Bar, seating and overall establishment are clean and sharp looking.
Middle of the winter, so patio was closed.
Will absolutely be back and can't wait to return!

Small place on the west side of town. Unfortunately one of their employees tested positive the day I went so they were only doing take out. What I saw of the interior was a lot of wood and brew equipment... they will be opening a fooftop patio shortly, sorry I'm gonna miss that. Cooler case up front with about 10 different craft offerings and a few seltzers. I got the Catfish to go and it was very nice, especially the aioli sauce... also had a Imperial Pale Ale which was just right. Definitely on the list for next time I'm in town.

this place is really awesome, found sort of by accident. we came mainly for the food, which offers a ton of vegan and vegetarian stuff required by my wife, but it turned out to be a blessing because the place is amazing from a beer standpoint too, somehow they arent generating that much hype yet, but its coming, trust me, they are leagues ahead of the game and slot right in with epic and templin family and a couple of others as head of the class in terms of quality in salt lake, really slaying it across the board. we were super stoked on an orange blossom honey cream ale on cask, as well as a fully authentic czech pils as well done as any i have ever had made in the states. they also had some more unconventional offerings, including a nitro brown ale with chocolate and cherry for valentines day time. the beers were straight up lit, but the food was awesome too. i had a blackened catfish sandwich and my wife got the bangkok bowl, we were both stoked. service was friendly and attentive, the place is small but well laid out, cool art on the wall, a little retail shop up front, and plenty of seating at the bar, which backs right up to the brewery itself, fermenters and lagering tanks everywhere. both the cream ale and the pils made lasting impressions on me, and i will certainly be back for more of their stuff next time we are in town, i cannot say enough about these beers! not just another brewery in a crowded scene, these guys are immediately relevant and absolutely killing it!
