Aussie Style C-olsch
Three years ago, a bunch of ex-pat mates got together & brewed a 100L batch for Australia Day. Now, three years later, we have a growing tradition - with 2019 seeing $20K raised for bushfire relief. This year we pay it forward to Calgary Kangaroos Footy Club. In being able to continue giving the gift of sport to families who otherwise might not be able to afford it.
A twisted traditional brew using all Aussie hops, with late addition Topaz and Galaxy dry hop.

Pours a bright clear golden yellow with towering three fingers of puffy white head.
Aroma of cereal malt, floral and slightly fruity - grassy with hints of melon, pineapple.
Tastes of clean sweet pale malt, again floral; notes of berry, melon, pineapple and grassy/leafy with nice hop flavours but minimal bitterness.
Crisp light medium mouthfeel - nice brisk carbonation, smooth, clean and remarkably refreshing. Anytime beer!
