4/14/21...pours super cloudy hazy thick gold with no foam. Subtle citrus, light aroma. Bright lemon citrus forward flavor, rind bitter. Simple finish. Full citrus. Latent bitter tingle. Nice.

Poured from a pint can into a pint glass. Two fingered white head with decent lacing. The body of the beer is apricot in color, opaque in tone. A citrusy, floral aroma is enticing. First sip is redolent of grapefruit, tangerine and plum, with a nice bitter finish. This a new brewery based in Norwalk (SoNo is South Norwalk, with Water Street being the principal thoroughfare) but at this point is having it's beer made at the Stony Creek brewery.
