Draft at the brewery. Dark brown/near black, small creamy head. While the barrel aging adds some nice notes, it also mutes the berries from the base. Strong boozy, bourbon notes in the aroma, while the porter base is the prominent flavor. This taste is accented by the bourbon barrel, but the berries have disappeared into the background. Some nice plusses, and some minuses as well.
