On tap at brewery. They’re calling it a wit, but it has weizen written all over it. Crystal clear to boot, so I entered it as a kristallweizen. Clear golden body, with small frothy head. Tons of carbonation. Normal weizen aroma and tastes, leaning hard on the bubblegum. For an American weizen, really good. I’m upset about the labelling as a wit though, not even close. Contract brewed for Boise Fry Company.
