Cloudy, dirty gold color. Modest head which settles to rim bubbles. A few spots for lace.
Leans sweet on the nose. Mango. Floral hop bitterness. Attractive.
The bitterness is stronger than the smell indicates. The sweetness is less than expected. The combination is solid, though. The body is neutral while the carbonation is muted. The semi-dry malt fades at the swallow--the mango "hook" shows up briefly. The finish and aftertaste are all about the moderate hop bitterness.
