Blonde Ale made with premium ingredients from our friends and local roasters Rising Star Coffee using Colombian fair trade coffee and Mexican vanilla beans. This beer has nutty notes and wonderful aromas with a robust coffee flavor and some sweet notes from the vanilla beans.

Exceptional coffee flavor for this Blonde ale. Smooth with no bitterness just the aroma and light coffee flavor you want in a Coffee forward Blond ale. One of the best of the variety I’ve had

Surprisingly classic amber, looking like a clear West Coast IPA, its short white head leaves a few curled arms of lace on the glass.
The vanilla makes it a little sweeter than Unholy Grounds, though it lives in the same delicious vicinity of that coffee blonde, but then some light milk chocolate crops up in the finish, veering it ever closer to pastry [white] stout, and making it slightly less drinkable.

On draft
Look: Dirty blonde with a thick white head
Smell: Coffee and vanilla are pronounced with some blonde ale notes
Taste: Cold brewed coffee, vanilla, sweet malt, honey, and some clove
Feel: Clean and quenching. No alcohol or bitterness. Not overly sweet. Good carbonation.
Overall: A tasty brew! Cool and seemingly experimental that paid off.
