16 oz can
Pours cloudy brown, barely any head retention.
Aroma of caramel, biscuit, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and graham crackers.
Flavor is of cereal and biscuit malts, and loads of Christmasy spices. Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, ginger, and orange peel.
Light to medium body with minimal carbonation.
This is a very tasty Christmas ale, the flavor profile is really bright and multifaceted. I would have liked a little more in the body. A bit on the thin side for me, but that's a minor complaint. This is a very good winter warmer and I would definitely have it again.

I tried this beer at the brewery. It was part of a four sample flight. It poured a dark amber with thin white head that left some lace. The scent had subtle pine, cinnamon, ginger notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with Christmas potpourri spice flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer.
