I had this on tap at the Hotel El Tovar at the Grand Canyon, where they called it Sentinel Peak Hero Dunkel, but I see that Sentinel Peak and Firetruck are the same outfit, with a name change. It was 5.7% abv as listed here and on the Firetruck website. It was excellent. Nice look - deep brown with lasting rich head and some lace. Aroma full bodied, toasty with hints of chocolate. Taste similar, a characterful, full bodied beer with toasty nutty character and hints of chocolate, nice balance of firm sweetness and bitterness.

Look - Really nice looking dunkel lager, dark dark brown with a milky white frothy head and sticky lacing
Smell - caramel rosted malts
Taste - pretty much like the smell but with some toffee and a slight bitterness
Feel - lighter body with a medium carb
OVerall - not a bad dunkel
