6 weeks old. Can to snifter.
Look: Pours pitch black with a nice, light brownish head that dissolves quickly.
Smell: Cocoa nibs, coffee, vanilla and milk chocolate. Hints of coconut.
Taste: Chocolate, vanilla, coffee. Very well balanced. Both roasty and sweet at the same time.
Feel: Silky and creamy. A bit oily, but not as full as expected.
Overall: Well balanced and creamy imperial stout that hides its ABV very well. Distinct and well-defined flavor notes. Would be interesting to taste a BA version of this.
