Dark, powerful, gentle. Fermented with Cold Brew from fair-trade organic coffee beans from the Müller coffee roasters in Mainz. Aromas of nuts & chocolate, roasted coffee and dark berries combine to create a harmonic mouthfeel.

Copenhagen 14/7 2021. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sdr. Boulevard, Kbh. V. Symmetric pattern in black, red and green with a black rose in the center.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a big beige head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty roasted odor mingling with lightly tart, sourish notes. Brown sugar, chocolate cake. Tart red currants a bit of lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet yet tart and quite light.
