Yields a slightly clouded pale yellow color with a bigger, froth and stable head atop.
Aromas inherit orange zest, banana and ripe mango among passion fruit and a lighter herbal note.
Has a light mouthfeel among a well developed effervescence with a soft creaminess to it, creating a truly refreshing beer.
Tastes of an old school IPA resinous bitterness, together with lighter, wooden and spicy herbs, and an uncompromising lime juiciness. Turns a little drier then with a rustic malt backbone, revealing honey and a note of caramel, against maintaining limes and a lighter fruit basket. Finishes crisp and light, with a powerful lime showing among garden herbs, which manages to add a little additional bitterness to the flavors, creating a complex and enjoyable ending.
A great Pale Ale with a powerful flavor composition to it, featuring both West and East Coast characteristics, creating a wonderful, subtle and complex beer.
