Queer Brewing is 6!!! We love any excuse to celebrate, but this year, we wanted to brew something reminiscent of the best part of any party: the party bag. Yellow smiley rubber men? Foam planes? Cake on kitchen roll? Check check check.
Party Bag is that in beer form. Open up this can and you'll find treats inside: Idaho 7, Ekuanot, Citra, and Krush, resulting in a gorgeously soft, super hoppy, and mega juicy IPA. Hotter than Hotwheels? You decide.
Aroma: Mango, pineapple, peach, lime zest, and a touch of red berry.
Palate: More of the same, with extra tropical and bonus citrus notes.

440ml can. Nothing about this beer matches the blurb on the can. It’s not mega juicy, its mouthfeel isn’t soft. Instead, it’s oddly thin for the style and the pithy flavour is dominated by an unpleasant, smokey, vaguely metallic something. More than £5/can and unexpectedly bad. The most expensive and worst beer I’ve tried in a long time. Didn’t finish.
