Collaboration with Gott erhalt's! Bierladen
Perhaps the anagram is a hoppy revelation from the IPA overlords, declaring dogs as the divine guardians of good vibes? Either way, "dog" is "god" spelled backwards, and that's a far-out, hoppy truth!
Ingredients: Brewing Water, Malt (Barley, Wheat, Oat), Hops (Nelson Sauvin T90, Strata T90 & Motueka T90) and Yeast.

Frederiksberg 9/9 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity and floral odor of stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fruity and floral dog.
