Having this beer on-tap at the brewpub on peach Street in Erie, PA. This beer draws a fairly cloudy/hazy medium golden/copper color with a nice white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Head eventually settles to a nice somewhere of surface foam along with a fairly thick white ring letting the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface and pretty nice lacing indeed. Aromas of some bready malts and wheat and some banana along with a bit of clove. Pretty spot on for the aroma. Has a very similar flavor profile, with bready malts and wheat along with some banana and and a bit of clove. Not really any discernible have a presence here, and that’s not unexpected. has a crisp become also smooth, slightly frothy, medium body mouth feel with light to moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and a nice aftertaste. A pretty solid representation of this style of beer, and quite refreshing on this very warm and still fairly humid night.
