Having this beer on-tap at the brewpub on Peach Street in Erie, PA. Served in a snifter glass, this beer draws a clear, medium golden/light copper color with a white head that’s about half an inch thick when first and drawn and served. Head eventually settles to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass with Some small spots of some layer surface foam dotting the beer’s surface here and there. Not much lacing here. Aromas of some bready malts along with raspberry and cherry tart, along with a bit of some yeasty, funky esters. A very similar flavor profile, with some bready malts And some raspberry and cherry tart that gives the right amount of sour in this home for some beastie funk going on as well. I’m very nice flavor profile all around. As a crisp, just let me use Asti, also so much smooth, light to medium body mouth feel with matter carbonation. Has a clean finish, all of the flavors linger nicely on my pallet for a while each step in the aftertaste..
