On tap at the brewery in a nonic.
Pale gold with a clean white and whispy head.
A little soft on the nose, with the focus on pilsner malt.
All the right flavors blossom like an herbal Hallertauer Mittelfrueh cone. It’s the perfect mix of spicy European hops and crackery, crisp malt.
It’s crisp, though almost medium bodied, with medium carbonation.
Excellent pilsner from this new West Virginia brewery.
