The Grouch is a bold, no-nonsense West Coast IPA with a grudge. Packed with pine, burnt spruce, and grapefruit aromas, it delivers a sharp hit of dank bitterness from Columbus hops. A touch of toffee and malt softens the blow-briefly. The finish is piney, bitter, and unapologetically lingering.

A draught pour in the Cacapon tap room.
A gold pour with high clarity, nice head, and decent lacing.
Enjoyable mild flavor for a WCIPA. Malty, spruce, grapefruit, hints of pineapple. Substantial bitterness at 80 IBUs, pleasant and enjoyable though.
