Drinking this at The Penley Creek Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Jasper Georgia with the Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Looks Amber with a slightly off-white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells bready, and spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a good bit of Malty body and hoppy spice.
Mouth feel very smooth and creamy for an IPA.
Overall a very nice example of a IPA that I would definitely order again.
I would compare this to a Hop Slam which is a personal favorite of mine
