Pours a fairly clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is bready and crackey with a bit of spiciness. Notes of rye, citrus, wheat dough and knäckebröd.
Taste is bready and crackery. Clean and crisp with a hint of sweetness and notes of rye, knäckebröd and citrus with some spicy hints. Solid bitterness, well balnced.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner with great body.
