Pours a fairly clear amber with some sediment and fine head.
Smell is fruity and mineral with notes of dried fruit, brown bread, candi sugar and a hint of yeast.
Taste is fruity, bready and mineral. A bit sweet with moderate bitterness and notes of brown bread, dried fruit, candied citrus peel.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very balanced and deceptively drinkable quad.
