This is quite a hoppy brew, hence the IPA category. Or you could call it a lighter-weight Cold IPA brewwed with Lager yeast. In any case, it's quite flavorful and loaded with the three New Zealand hops.
Clear yellow amber in the tall Pilsner glass. Inviting aroma of tangerine, peach, and pine. Tastes of citrus peel and just slightly sweet with malt. Then more flavors of melon and green apricot with a grapefruit peel finish. Rather bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated Jun 14 2024 so it's quite fresh.
