Made with our friends at Hi-wire Brewing Co. this rice lager has a base of our custom Pilsner malt from Riverbend, forbidden black rice and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Designed as a summer crusher, it was lagered in our oak puncheons for 10 weeks.
