Appearance: Pours a clear amber color with a one finger head; decent retention with speckles of lacing
Smell: Green herbal and grassy aromatics with a sweet biscuit malt tone underneath
Taste: Green herbal flavors with a grassy element forward and sweet biscuit malt underneath; moderately bitter with the herbal, grassy tones stronger in the finish; hints of oak underneath
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: True to the style though I prefer Pilsners to Dortmunders

Had on tap. Clear dirty golden body with visible carbonation, white head, mild lacing. Vienna malt gives way immediately to pale earthy and grassy hops in the nose, shortlived. Taste has more pale breadiness to balance, but still on the hoppier side of the spectrum. Feel is pale, well hopped but in an old world sense, moderately crisp and clean.
