Fermented with our choice lager yeast and then rested for four months in the M+ American oak puncheons with French oak heads in our cooler. A medley of Riverbend Heritage malt and Southern Select along with a bevy of specialty grain from Epiphany.

Had on tap. Tones of dark brown in the opaque pour, big mushroom colored head, sporadic lacing. Smell and taste the same: toffee and caramel running through the malts with mild roast and faint dark bread with toasty oak, all gentle in delivery. Malty the whole way in the feel, want a little more diversity here, but well bodied
