Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy goldenstraw with a one finger head; splashy lacing
Smell: Bready with a grassy, tropical fruit character
Taste: Bright and crisp, with a bready base that has just a hint of sweetness; through the middle the white wine grape hop element is softened by tropical fruit tones of papaya and guava; the finish is crisp with medium bitterness
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with crisp carbonation
Overall: Not sure what the Acacia wood does here but I really like the flavor profile of this New Zealand pilsner - my first of the style
