Appearance: Pours a clear amber with a bit of a bubble show blossoming into a two-finger head; good retention with shards of lace
Smell: Caramel malt and earthy, oak tones
Taste: Up front it the classic caramel, Vienna Malt flavor; through the middle there is a low to medium level of bitterness followed by an earthy, oaky finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: An excellent Vienna; I like the subtle oak flavors derived from lagering in the puncheons
