Made from Chesapeake Pilsner and Great Chit from Riverbend, hopped with Slovenian Styrian Celeia hops throughout the boil with an aromatic addition and light dry-hop of Luminosa hops. Rested cold in our oak puncheons for 10 weeks.

look: 4.25 | smell: 4 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4
Appearance: Pours a clear golden with a frothy, two finger head; good retention and splashy lacing

Smell: Floral and lemony with oak undertones

Taste: Floral tones forward with hints of papaya and lychee; through the middle, a subtle lemon tone emerges, followed by the oak; the finish is relatively dry with a lingering sweetness from the front end

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: Quaffable but I was expecting something a higher degree of bitterness from a "West Coast Pilsner"
