Australian pilsner. Made from a base of Riverbends Avalon Pilsner and Appalchaian wheat. Hopped with Styrian Golding, Enigma & Galaxy hops in the kettle. Fermented with our preferred German lager yeast before being rested cold in our oak puncheons for eight weeks.
