Riverbend Chesapeake Pilsner & Epiphany biscuit malt. Hopped delicately with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Saphir & Tettnang. Single decoction mash, fermented with our favorite German lager yeast and then rested cold in our oak puncheons for six weeks.
