Made from a base of Southern Select and oats from Riverbend and a selection of roast, chocolate and crystal malts from Epiphany. Fermented in Acacia wood with a German lager yeast. Infused with dates, cinnamon, New Mexican, Chipotle and Pasilla Negro dried chiles.
