Made of Cumberland Pilsner from Riverbend with a touch of biscuit malt. Hopped with German Tettnanger and fermented cold in our acacia wood foudre.

Acquired a 16 oz can at a beer festival in Greenville, SC on 11-8-25. Canned roughly on 10-25-25 based on Untappd entries; consumed 1-1-26. Cold stored since acquisition.
Beer poured clear gold with a lovely ice cream scoop head that has some hang time.
Nose is biscuity with fresh floral hops.
Taste is a biscuits and white bread malt base. Hopping brings a nice black peppery finish that balances and leaves a trace of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and refreshing.
Overall, this is superb, would put it up against any Helles out on the market!
