Appearance: Clear straw gold. Fluffy white head, with tiny compact bubbles and good retention. Fast rising carbonation.
Aroma: Floral hops, crackers
Flavor: Floral hops, maybe some light citrus. Spicy. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, champaign-like carbonation, dry, short crisp finish.
Overall: VERY nice pilsner. Nice pour with a straw gold color. Produces a long lasting head with tiny tightly compacted bubbles. Carbonation is Champaigne-like in visibility and mouth-feel. Starts with a light cracker-like malt quickly transitioning int floral and spicy hops, culminating in a clean, snappy bitterness. Finish is short, dry, crisp and clean. Just a little bitterness lingers. Excellent, well crafted pilsner.
