Last Flight Brewing Company

This small brewery is located outside of downtown Jefferson City. The tasting room is modest in size but there is also outdoor seating. Inside there are several long tables. There is a cooler for take-out and a free popcorn machine. The patrons seemed to be mostly locals who are clearly loyal to the brewery. The two beers I had on draught, Toad Strangler (an American IPA) and Eleventy-First (a NZ DIPA) were both solid and I bought bottles of two of the barrel-aged offerings. I had the chance to chat with one of the owners, which is always a bonus. Overall, Last Flight Brewing Company is one of the best brewers in central Missouri. The beer is good and I hope they begin canning.

Good sized building near a bike trail in Jeff City. Lots of picnic tables outside. Games, free popcorn, etc on the inside. Very diverse selection of styles out of the 11 beers on tap. Good quality beers. They had a taco truck there on a Wednesday night. Fairly busy but the staff was still attentive and helpful. Great new spot to hit in JC.
