Our take on one of the most well-known types of beer in Denmark.
The color of the beer shines like a newly polished copper kettle in a brewery. As the hops take a back seat in this beer, it becomes a perfect complement to traditional Danish food such as roast pork, open sandwiches or pork stew.
The beer appears full-bodied, rich in malt, balanced sweetness and moderate in alcohol. A beer for everyone, anywhere, anytime and with anyone.

Copenhagen 15/5 2020. 50 cl bottle from Supervin.dk webshop. Brown label with white silhouette of two cannons.
Pours unclear amber with a fairly big, bubbly, white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fairly strong sweet odor with a lightly roasted streak. Sweet lightly roasted malts, caramel, bread and hints of cardboard.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, tingling, lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a bit.
Not a bad Vienna with a decent intensity and little roastiness.
