Poured from a Pint can into a IPA style glass. Off-white 2 fingered head with good lacing. The body of the beer is apricot in color, hazy and opaque. The scent of pineapple and grapefruit is pronounced on the pour, giving credence to the statement on the label that the beer was concocted with those two ingredients. The first sip is also about those fruits, with lots of juicy flavors followed by a mild hops finish, providing good mouthfeel. All in all a very successful introduction to this new brewery.
