22 oz. bottle, picked up at Liquor Liquor in Huntington Beach, CA
A: Golden yellow, very cloudy, with a nice, thick, white head.
S: Wheaty, with a hint of cloves and bananas.
T: Wheat is the major player here, with almost none of the yeast esters common to this type of beer, kind of a disappointment.
M: Smooth, spritzy, though too light and thin for the style.
D: An OK hefe, below average, but this is as local as it gets for me, so it was cool to try something brewed just down the street.
