On-tap at the Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a dark brown, with a good, solid off-white head, good retention, and light lacing.
S: Smokiness is a bit hard to find at first, big maltiness.
T: Smoke flavour is real light at first, but certainly comes out more as the beer is drunk. Main flavour is dominated by a fruity malt core, with a bit of sweet molasses.
M: Too light for a bock beer, needs more heft, too thin, but not horrible.
D: A beer that certainly grew on me as I drank it, would order it again if Evan makes some more.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
