On draft at brewery into weizen glass. Pours very hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, clove, lemon, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-medium spicy and bitter finish, with wheat and yeast tang. High carbonation and light body; wheat creaminess with some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Increasing bitter/spicy carbonated dryness, no astringency. Refreshing spot on style, great well rounded classic yeast complexity. Very flavorful for 4%, and not watery.
