On draft at the brewery into pint glass. Pours slightly hazy medium orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of caramel, toasted biscuit, nutty, light roasted malts. Some citrus, woody, herbal, pine hops. Some yeasty fruits. Light-moderate pine, herbal, woody, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; bready malts with some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Increasing bitter dryness, with no cloying/astringent flavors. Very nice American amber with some English yeast and hop character overall. Well made for the style.
