Back in the K.L.L.R. – Kellerbier – 5.8% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Mutation Brewing, this unfiltered German-style lager takes you straight to the cellar with rustic charm and bold refreshment. Naturally cloudy and brewed with traditional German malts and noble hops, Back in the K.L.L.R. delivers a soft, bready malt character balanced by a subtle grassy bitterness and a crisp, clean finish. It’s old-world flavor with new-school rock ’n roll.

Appearance: Dark, cloudy brown. Off white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Bready, nutty.
Flavor: Bready, nutty, spicy hops. Restrained bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, drying, clean, slightly bitter finish.
Overall: Nice collab for this relatively new brewery. It's a dark kellerbier. Think a fresh, young Dunkel. Doesn't present as refined and well rounded as a Munich Dunkel but that's how it's supposed to be. A refreshing dark beer.
