Cascadian Dark Lager
Had a pint at the tap room with food last night, now I am drinking a crowler at home.
Nice looking beer. It looks like a stout or porter. very dark brown almost black body that lets no light thru it. Nice tall fine foamy light tan head, that last a while leaving plenty of lacing.
Smell: pine/citrus hops
Taste: A mild smooth roasty malt at first. Then the Pine/citrus bitter hops take over. A hint of dry chocolate mixed in.
A solid beer that really adds up to a 3.91/5
