Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Creamy white head. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of toasted malts and rye spice.
Taste is sweet and has a definite spice note. Flavors of toasted bread malts and some orange and grapefruit citrus. The rye adds an additional bit of spice to the pine resin note. Muddled aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Rather clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Undefined edges but does have the clear rye spice note.
