Double Barrel-Aged Stout made for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project. We took the WAVES recipe and aged it in Buffalo Trace Mash 1 barrels for 12 months, then transferred them to Willet 8yr and 9yr barrels for an additional 11 months.
