Poured a medium copper hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.

The smell featured a subtle earthy hop coupled with a light husky grain.

The flavor was very well balanced and featured an herbal and slightly flowery hop atop a grainy malt.

The mouthfeel was of average fullness.

Overall a tasty ale. Very drinkable.

Pours a slightly cloudy amber gold. Slight hop nose. Flavor is a smooth, slightly hopped character. Kind of piney sweet tone to it. Mild woody taste that's there, but at the same time, it isn't. Feel is a bit thick on the liquid with a nice carbonation to it. Overall very smooth. Just a bit thick on the liquid is the only thing I have to say. Absolutely worth trying and definitely well made.

Pours a hazy gold with a minimal white head. Aroma of sweet citrus... orange peel, grapefruit. Sweet malt taste with a well balanced hop sting throughout. Finished mostly bitter with only a tinge of lingering sweetness. Vigorously carbonated and easy to drink.

A bit too sweet up front for my liking, but all in all a highly drinkable brew from a well respected source.

Had at the Grey Lodge for my free birthday beer.

A very drinkable pale ale from a brewery that specializes in Germans. Good job considering it is outside of that.

Peachy hue. Hops in the smell and the taste. Clean and refreshing. Very smooth mouthfeel.

Good for a warmer day.

Pours a slightly hazy golden body beneath a short head of creamy white foam that holds fairly well and leaves some nice lace about the glass. The nose is malty and a touch fruity. In the mouth it's medium bodied and somewhat dextrinous; with a standard carbonation that lends a gently zest to the tongue. The flavor is malty sweet with some delicate, citrusy hops poking through. It's backed by a firm bitterness, and finishes drying as its maltiness slowly erodes from the palate. A touch sweet, but overall a pretty decent ale.

Growler Fill. New concept, brewed with the help of Charlie Schroeder, from Trap Rock. Hazy golden, white head, and nice lacing. Citrus grapefruit aroma. Malty, with plenty of hop flavor, and a decent bitterness component. Nice full mouth feel. Hoppy finish. Very drinkable. Nice fresh hops. Perhaps could use a tad more in the nose, otherwise a very nice effort. Look for future suprises from Greg and Charlie!
