Near black color—no light passes at all. Minor and small head given that this is a nitro pour. It retains rim bubbles which provides some slippery spots and a few minor streaks.
Dark chocolate and light coffee aroma.
The body is appropriately watery with a lower “carbonation”. I must admit it doesn’t have the smoothness of a nitro pour. The flavor is mostly from the black patent malt but this is not as strong as a Beamish or Guinness. It is truly dry without any creaminess in the profile.
