Our forth single hop, single malt beer. This time we feature the Amarillo hop variety. Amarillo is known for its tropical, citrus and melon flavors/aromas. For the malt we stuck with our workhorse pale malt from Gallatin Valley. Our house yeast brings some yummy esters that help accentuate the hop flavor.
