For our first of many craft malt forward lagers, we decided to brew a beer showcasing a unique heirloom varietal of corn called bloody butcher. With whispers of clove and a definitive earthiness we then added an additional layer of complexity with a slight sprinkle of Tettnanger hops in the whirlpool.
